Palazu Mare sits between Constanța and Mamaia, on the shore of Lake Siutghiol. It is a lived-in quarter, not a resort.
The lake is for looking. The sea cliff is elsewhere, in the city or in Mamaia.
Lifeguard, showers and sunbeds — only in the bathing season (1 June–15 September).
