Neptun sits in the Comorova forest, between Mangalia and Jupiter. The lakes and alleys are the off-season reason to visit, not the beach.
Many hotels keep a short season. Check what is open; do not enter empty buildings.
Lifeguards, showers, and sun loungers — only during the bathing season (1 June–15 September).
