Cumpăna, in full
Cumpăna is the commune south of Constanța, on the road toward Techirghiol and Eforie. It is lived in all year. Many people work in the city.
We do not make a sight of it. A realistic stop is a loaf of bread, a road further on, not a one-hour circuit. Do not enter yards.
If you want a museum, a cliff walk or a fortress, go to Constanța or Mangalia. Here it is a commune.
