What Daunomania does
Three simple tools that put the drivers’ community on your side: checking, reporting and alerts.
Public check, no account
You type a plate and see at once if the community has reported damage. We do not ask for an account, email or personal data to check.
Report with evidence
Did you see a hit car or an incident in a car park? You report the plate with photos and a GPS location. The report becomes part of that plate’s public history.
Alerts for your car
You add your plate to the account and get an instant notice when someone reports damage to your car, even if you were not there.
Process
How it works
From incident to follow-up, in four steps. Each step is meant to take under a minute.
1. The witness sees
A passer-by notices the incident: a car hit in a car park, fresh damage, dangerous behaviour in traffic.
2. Report in the app
They photograph the damage, and the app attaches the GPS location and time automatically. The report is tied to the plate of the car at fault or the car that was hit.
3. The owner gets an alert
If the damaged car is watched in Daunomania, the owner gets an instant notice, with the photos and the location of the incident.
4. Direct contact with the witness
The owner can contact the witness through the platform for details: what happened, who was at fault, whether there is more evidence.

Before you pay, you check the plate for free. If the car has community-reported damage the seller “forgot” to mention, you find out before, not after.

A community platform works only if the information in it is trustworthy. That is why we have a few clear rules.
Reports with evidence
A report without photos is worth little. We encourage clear photographs and an exact location, so each report can be checked.
No abuse
False or malicious reports can be challenged and removed. Plates are public data, but using them requires responsibility.
Your data, protected
Your account and watched plates are private. We follow GDPR, store data on servers in Dobruja and sell it to no one.
Free, always
Checking, reporting and alerts are free and will stay that way. Safety on the road should not have a price.
