Neptun–Olimp, in full
The five resorts south of Mangalia were born in the 1970s as a rest complex. In summer they fill the hotels. After 15 September many terraces and bars close.
Do not come now for bathing. The cliff, Comorova forest, the road to Mangalia, and what stays open in town stand in for the season.
Empty buildings are not attractions. Do not enter abandoned hotels or blocks.
