History
At 22A Farului Street, in the former village of Anadolchioi - joined to Constanța only in the 1920s–1930s - stands a mosque built in 1868–1869. The founder is not documented; the community paid for it. The minaret is slender, the hall small.
The neighbourhood is of houses, far from the seafront. The place of worship still serves. It is not on the usual tourist map.
Go if you want a neighbourhood place, not a boulevard one. Covered dress, shoes off.
