History
In Tomis II, locals say both Viitorului Park and Tomis II Park. It is the same green square among the blocks: alleys, benches, trees that hold shade as they can. It does not compete with Tăbăcărie; it holds the neighbourhood.
In the morning you see people with dogs, in the afternoon children. At weekends the benches in the shade are taken. It is a place to sit with a coffee from the corner, not to make a tourist circuit.
Put it on the programme only if you are around Tomis II. From the sea or the station, choose other parks.
