History
On Elisabeta Boulevard, between 1902 and 1904, Ion Pâslă raised a neo-Romanian house, with a porch, an attic and decoration of wood and masonry. The building is listed. The owner belonged to the world of the harbour, in the years when Anghel Saligny was closing the works at Constanța and at the Cernavodă bridge.
The rehabilitations have not erased the profile. You see the scale of that time: a dwelling of a man of means, not a block. The attic is the part you look for from the street, against afternoon light.
Walk Elisabeta from the harbour up and link the house to the period neighbours. The opposite pavement is enough; do not ring at doors.
