History
The permit of 1906 gave a neoclassical house with an entrance on axis and a balcony above the door. The owner, Hector Serafidis, belonged to the Greek community and to a network that reached the Academy in Athens, Bucharest and Paris.
Until around 1935 the address was of a man with schooling and business, not of an institution. The symmetrical façade shows well from across the street; the iron of the railing is the detail to look for.
Put it in a tour of Greek houses, together with Hrisicos and Embiricos. Ten minutes are enough, including the photograph.
