History
Between 1893 and 1896 Constanța's first town hall was built, next to the place where the She-Wolf stands today. Since 1975 the building has been a folk art museum. The ceiling of the Communal Council Hall has been kept; the other rooms were turned into exhibition halls.
You see costumes from all over the country, with an accent on Dobrogea: textiles, pottery, icons on glass, tools. The upper floor is more airy; the ground floor also holds temporary exhibitions.
It is at the entrance to the peninsula district. After the visit you are five minutes from the mosque and the tourist harbour.
