History
Edgar de Goue, the Frenchman who also signed the Palace, set in 1923 a dwelling house at Nicolae Titulescu no. 19: ground floor and storey, mastered Art Nouveau, in a quarter of Greeks, Armenians and Jews after the First World War.
It is not a hotel. It is the dwelling of an architect who already knew the city. The iron and plaster details show if you come close to the gate, not from the car.
