History
The Sports Hall was thought in the 1970s as a covered arena for handball, basketball, boxing and, when needed, concerts. A few thousand seats, stands around the court, wide accesses — a type of hall you recognize in several cities of the same period, but here it has remained Constanța’s main closed box.
Check the calendar: at weekends there may be matches, and for the rest of the week training or hired events. If you have no ticket, the building reads from outside; if you have, go in early, the queues at the check stand in for a preamble.
