History
At 33 Traian Street stands Daniel Renard's 1908 building, the same hand that also worked on the Casino. It makes a group with the Administrative Palace (today the Prefecture) and the former Royal Palace: three volumes raised to give Constanța a civic centre to match, at the beginning of the twentieth century, in Art Nouveau line.
Inside, the Court of First Instance functions. Do not go in as to a museum; you look at the façade, at the rhythm of the windows and at the plaster details, then you can go down toward the historic peninsula. If you want the same architect in a shoreline version, the Casino is ten minutes on foot.
