Chilia and Periprava
Chilia is a northern branch and town; Periprava is a heavy name: camp, memory, the end of the line. You visit with respect, no prison-theme selfie. Access is Delta and border. The northern situation is read at the MFA, not here.
Chilia
The northern branch, a settlement with the logic of a bank and a border. It is not Sulina, not Sfântu Gheorghe. The boat and the zone rules are taken officially.
Periprava
A memorial, not a landscape. You read first, you speak quietly, you do not put a drone overhead. If a museum or a memorial route is announced, you follow it. If not, you do not improvise a camp tour.
Respect
Survivors and families are not content. A smiling group photo on a prison ruin is a mistake.
Access
Delta, possibly a border, possible restrictions. Check. Do not publish a "round the back" route.
How you leave
With the same thought-through boat, with the same low voice. It is not a stop between two terraces.
