History
In Limanu, Arome Dobrogene cooks for family tables: pies, stews, fish when it is in season, garden salads, house wine if it is offered. The setting is that of a village in the south of the coast, not of a resort lounge.
It is a hop from Mangalia and from 2 Mai, so you can eat here and sleep by the sea. Portions are generous; ask in the morning what has been put on the fire, so you do not order a dish that does not exist that day.
Book in August. The rest of the year seats are easier, but the menu is also shorter, tied to what the yard and the market around give.
