The Dobrogea Gorges
A karst area between Constanța and Hârșova: Gura Dobrogei, Canaraua Fetii, dry valleys, caves. We do not publish unchecked paths. Stay on the waymark and the public road. Spring is green and short; summer, a limestone oven.
What it is
Dobrogean karst, not the Alps. Walls, scree, oak wood, steppe species at the edge. It is an area with rules, not a spontaneous climbing ground.
How you go
Waymark, closed shoes, water, no fire. Do not enter caves without kit and without knowing whether it is allowed. La Adam Cave has its own note; Movile is not visitable.
Canaraua Fetii
A reserve, not a weekend path with a barbecue. You look and you walk where it is allowed. No ATVs, no drones at raptor nests.
When
April–May and October. July heat on limestone is a mistake. After rain, it slips.

It is not on the road from Constanța to the beach. Combine it with a site (Capidava, Hârșova) only if you have time for the transfer, not "in passing".
