Port Tomis vs the commercial port
Port Tomis is a leisure harbour, next to the Casino. The commercial port is a working zone. They do not mix. Promenade, boats, photographs from the public quay. Commercial: do not enter, do not photograph operations equipment.
Tomis
Quays, boats, a skyline, ice cream in summer, wind in winter. It is the end of Walk Ovidiu and of a day in Constanța.
Commercial
It is a port, not a museum. Fence, permit, cameras. A shot from a public breakwater beats a conversation with security.

Tourists say 'the port' for both. We do not. If a sign says forbidden, it is forbidden.
