Index of beaches

Urban North
Mamaia sits on a ridge between the sea and Siutghiol: many services, dense summer, good promenade out of season. Năvodari extends the sand to the north, with less of a "showcase" character. Corbu and Vadu are another world - wind, space, camping rules that don't improvise.
Center: Eforie, Techirghiol, Costinesti
Eforie Nord and Sud have cliffs and mud a click away, but the mud is a clinic program, not the beach. Techirghiol is a lake, not a sea. Costinesti is young in summer and naked in winter; the cliff holds a walk, not an eternal resort.
South: from Neptun to Vama
Neptune, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Mangalia, 2 Mai, Vama Veche - each with a different age of urban planning. Callatis sits between hotels. 2 Mai is a transformed fishing village. Customs is a myth and a border, not just a slogan. Area 2 Mai–Vama Veche has marine reserve rules.
Delta beaches
Sulina and Sfântu Gheorghe are wild: no sunbed-grid, no resort lifeguard out of season, no shop every 50 meters. You arrive by ship. What you need is in your backpack. Comply with ARBDD.
Safety
Lifeguard posts, flag, no swimming after the storm and no mattresses in the wind. Alcohol and sun lie. The children by the water, I don't "see them from the bar". Helpful numbers and safety guidance do the rest.
Erosion
The shore is moving. Piers, brought sand, cliffs. We don't write "the beach disappears" - we write what is documented, in the withdrawal guide, with source and year.
