You do not need binoculars to recognise a few birds on lake or lagoon from October. The place remains the official observatory.

Pelicans and cormorants show as silhouettes. Swans, white, from afar. Gulls everywhere on the shore.

Grey heron stands still. Great egrets pass low over the field toward the lagoon.
