History
At Cerna the meal is cooked from the garden and from neighbours: seasonal vegetables, cheese, meat from farms in the area, fish when there is some, Dobrogea pie, vine-leaf sarmale. The menu changes with what was baked that week, not with a file on the phone.
After the meal you have the Măcin Mountains a stone's throw away. It is logical to eat here before or after Pricopan and Țuțuiatu, not to come down hungry as far as Tulcea.
Call, say how many you are, ask about fasting food if that is the case. In winter the soup matters more than the view; in summer the courtyard takes the place of a hall.
