Season
Winter promenade
After 15 September, the promenade stands in for the beach. A coat, wind, an early sunset. It is not bathing weather. Three short loops — Constanța, Eforie, Mangalia — hold an off-season weekend without lying to the calendar.
Constanța
From the Casino toward Tomis Harbour, 40–60 minutes. Walk Ovidiu joins if you want the square too. A jacket, not a pullover. The breakwater is slippery after a blizzard. The Casino is seen from outside; you do not walk the worksite.
Eforie
The North or South promenade, off-season. The Techirghiol mud is another programme, the clinics’, not this walk’s.
Mangalia
From the mosque toward the harbour, Walk Callatis. The town stays open when the sunbeds vanish. A soup stands in for a summer terrace.
Light
Sunset is early. Turn back before you are left on a breakwater without a lamp. In winter, 16:30 is already night on the wind.
Train
The Mangalia line links the three. The train-only weekend is written separately. No CFR timetable copied here.
