24 January is the day of the 1859 Union. In Dobrogea, which returned to Romania in 1878, it is a civil calendar date, not a village custom. If there is no public notice, the page stays etiquette.
Where it might be announced
The National History and Archaeology Museum Constanța, a county museum, the town hall. The programme belongs to their card, with the date we checked. We do not copy it here.
