National Day may bring a wreath-laying, a concert or a street closure. The page does not publish a programme. If the town hall or the prefecture does not announce one, you do not go “to catch the atmosphere”.
Where you read it
On the Constanța City Hall site, the Prefecture’s, on a poster at Piața Ovidiu. The date is 1 December. The hour and the place belong to the notice, not to us.
Etiquette
A crowd, a jacket, a way out. Do not enter a closed perimeter. Do not climb a plinth. A portrait in a crowd needs the same rule as in a village: you ask, or you do not publish a face.
If there is no notice
The town is open as on any off-season Saturday. Museums keep the hours on their cards. We do not invent a parade.
