The last Sunday in January, in a village
In a plateau or Delta village, the last Sunday in January is a short day, with wind. We do not publish shop hours. We say only what the checked cards hold: museum closed, site without staff, a rare boat.
What is often closed
Many village museums have no written winter hours. If the card says “checked, closed”, it is closed. An open-air site may be visitable from the road, without a ticket office: mud, not a guide.
What we do not know
The shop, the church, the mosque. A service is not visiting hours. The Delta boat belongs to the operator. We do not fill the gap so the day looks full.
What you can do
A town walk, on foot, with the hours of light: the walks in Medgidia, Babadag, Hârșova. A flat kilometre, if you are not climbing stairs: three routes.
