Commemorative plaques
A few plaques on houses and streets in Constanța and Tulcea. They are read in passing. The list grows only with a source. This is not a complete inventory and not a treasure-hunt game.
The peninsula
Houses with a personality plaque. Walk Ovidiu touches them without stopping at each one for a speech.
Tulcea
Port and centre. If you see a new one, report it with a photograph and the address.
How we write them
Name, address, one sentence. No hagiography. No turning a plaque into a ticketed attraction.
The missing ones
Many were lost in repairs. The gap is information too. We do not invent a plaque to fill a street.
