A mosque is read twice: from the pavement, with the minaret and the wall; from the courtyard, if it is open, with the door and the carpets. Two frames, not a tour.
From the street
The façade, the window, sometimes a plaque. From the pavement. Do not climb onto a car. Do not photograph the windows of the houses beside it.
From the courtyard
Only if it is open and it is not prayer. Shoes, a low voice, the joinery from the threshold: mosque joinery. The carpets have their own page.
