- Maliuc - Reed beds.
- Mila 23 - Fishing village accessible only by water.
- Canalul Mila 23 - Quiet water, ideal for kayaking.
- Zone umede Letea - Approach to Letea Forest, with rarely seen birds.
- Caraorman - Dune forest.
- Lacul Roșu - Quiet lagoon in the Delta.
- Canal Caraorman - Access only with an authorised guide.
- Letea - With an ARBDD guide.
- Pădurea Caraorman - Ancient oaks on a mound, beside Lake Roșu. Strictly protected area — stay on the guide's route.
- Crișan - Mile 13.
- Sulina - Lighthouse of the European Danube Commission (1870), now a museum, 2 km from the sea that has receded.
- Plaja Sulina - Wild beach where the Danube ends its 2,860 km journey.
- Pădurea Letea - Romania's first nature reserve (1938): lianas, ancient oaks. Visit only on designated trails, with a guide.
- Murighiol - South Delta.
- Dunavățu de Jos - End of the road.
