Combined, 4 days, on the heritage trail of the Danube Delta, about 274 km: from Halmyris Fortress to Jurilovca and Argamum, 19 stops. Martyrs. The Independence Monument and the museum. The Lipovan fishing village and the fortress on Cape Doloșman, the first settlement attested in writing on the territory of Romania.
How to do the route
Plan 4 days with overnight stays along the route. Combine mixed travel with breaks at sites open to the public. Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve (ARBDD): follow the local rules and the instructions of the authorities or licensed guides.
