A pushchair on the Tulcea promenade
The Tulcea promenade is, on one stretch, flat enough for a pushchair. Not the whole town. The hill, the working port and the steps at the monument stay off this line.
The stretch
The public-bank walk, between the announced pedestrian zones, without going down to the working berths. The distance is on the order of a kilometre, one way. We do not measure every kerb; if a drain is broken, you go round.
What you avoid
The climb to the Independence Monument. The steps at the port. The ships. In winter, black ice: the same rule as on the rail.
Somewhere else
If you do not want the promenade either, a flat kilometre in another town: three routes. An accessible toilet is only where the museum writes it: a short list.
